日本円入金について
サポート窓口休止期間中は、日本円入金確認、及び手動による入金手続きを休止致します。〇住信SBIネット銀行をご利用のお客様
住信SBIネット銀行から弊社口座へ入金された日本円は自動反映されます。〇住信SBIネット銀行以外の銀行をご利用のお客様
ご入金の反映は下記からになります。- 4/28（金）15:00以降のご入金 → 5/1（月）から
- 5/2（火）15:00以降のご入金 → 5/8（月）から
《自動反映されない場合の入金手続きについて》
名義人が「フリガナ ID」でないご入金など、お客様の残高に自動で反映されないご入金につきましては
5/1（月）の10:00、または5/8（月）の10:00より、順次手動で入金手続きをして参ります。
日本円出金について
サポート窓口休止期間中は、日本円出金手続きを休止致します。〇休止期間前の対応について
最終出金手続きは、以下の時間での対応となります。お早めに出金申請いただきますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
- 4/28（金）12:00まで
- 5/2（火）12:00まで

- 4/28（金）の12:00以降の出金申請 → 5/1（月）の12:00より順次対応して参ります。
- 5/2（火）の12:00以降の出金申請 → 5/8（月）の12:00より順次対応して参ります。
About the support window service during GW period

The following service will not be available
- Japanese yen depositing confirmation, and manual deposit
- Japanese yen withdrawal
- Approval of identity verification and mail
- Password reset and account lock
- Resignation procedure
- Answers to inquiry mail and others
About Japanese yen depositing
During the support window closing period, the Japanese yen depositing confirmation and manual depositing procedure will be suspended.○ The customers using SBI Sumishin Net Bank
The Japanese yen credited to our account from SBI Sumishin Net Bank will be reflected automatically.
○ The customers using other banks except SBI Sumishin Net Bank
The reflecting of deposit will as the following
- 4/28 (Fri) Deposit after 15:00 → Since 5/1 (Mon)
- 5/2 (Tue) Deposit after 15:00 → Since 5/8 (Mon)
About the depositing that is not reflected automatically in customer’s balance, such as those that is not “Furigana ID”, etc.
We will process the deposit manually sequentially from 10:00 on 5/1 (Mon) or 10:00 on 5/8 (Mon).
About Japanese yen withdrawal
The Japanese yen withdrawal procedure will be suspended during the support window closing period.
○ About the service before the closing period
The final withdrawal will be handled at the following times.

- 4/28(Fri) until 12:00
- 5/2 (Tue) until 12:00
- withdrawals after 12:00 on 4/28 (Fri) → will be responded from 5/1 (Mon) at 12:00 in order.
- withdrawals after 12:00 on 5/2 (Tue) → will be responded from 5/8 (Mon) at 12:00 in order.
