As a processor of cryptocurrency exchange and provider of related services, we obtain a limited amount of information in connection with your cryptocurrency transactions such as the financial institution, the member store, and other business partners.
In connection with this, the Company will preserve any order history of cryptocurrency related transactions (cash, credit, AirFX), order change history, order cancellation history, transaction history, order history of instant trading, cryptocurrency and Japanese Yen sent history, and cryptocurrency and Japanese Yen received history.
In addition, we may collect information about you from the other business partners that has promoted and/or promoting our products and service, or from a general information system.

Process your cryptocurrency transaction (including deposit and withdraw, cancellation on order, and any other activities related to dispute resolutions).
Protect against and prevent fraud, and other legal or information security risks, and also a purpose of managing the degree of risk relating to the integrity and safety of our payment network.
Create and manage your account you may have with us, and to respond to your requests.
