An error page showed up saying “authentication failed”

It is possible that your e-mail address and/ or password have been entered incorrectly.
Please check that both your e-mail address and password are entered correctly, follow the steps laid out in our “I forgot my password, what should I do?” section and submit a support ticket.
In the event that you have forgotten your password, we will not be able to verify your identity if you have provided us with insufficient information upon your initial e-mail registration. In the event that we can not verify your identity, you will not be able to make a change to your e-mail address
We would like to kindly ask that you enter your personal information correctly even if you won’t be checking it

 

An “Error 403” page (or that of some other errors) showed up

Please check to make sure that your browser has been updated, ensure that your cache has been deleted, and try to log in again using a different browser.

 

I forgot my password and I can’t log in now

A new password will be issued to you when we have confirmed your identity.
We would like to ask that you provide us with the following information when sending us a support ticket.
1. Your name and the spelling of your name in furigana, as registered with Zaif
2. Your home address, as registered with Zaif
3. The date on which you registered with Zaif
4. Your record of exchanges
5. Your phone number, as registered with Zaif
In the event that your name, home address and e-mail address are inconsistent with what you have entered previously when you registered,
we will not be able to reissue a new password to you. We appreciate your understanding.
