Normally, when you have finished registering with your e-mail address and pressed “register”,
an automatically generated e-mail titled “E-Mail Address Confirmation for Zaif” will be sent to the address you entered by “no-reply@zaif.jp”.

If you don’t see a confirmation e-mail from Zaif, we would kindly ask that
you check the following for possible reasons.

 

You might be able to find Zaif’s confirmation e-mail in your spam mail folder

It’s possible that Zaif’s confirmation e-mail has been labeled as a spam mail.
As spam mails might be automatically sorted to your spam mail folder or trash box, please check to see if Zaif’s confirmation e-mail is there.
As a friendly reminder, you may consider adjusting the filtering setting of your e-mail account to prevent Zaif’s e-mails from going to your spam mail folder in the future.

 

To receive Zaif’s e-mails: for Yahoo Mail users

  1. Log in to your Yahoo mail account, then click on “Mail Setting” located in the top right corner of the page.
  2. In the “Mail Option/ Managing Mails” column, find “Filter and Notification Setting for New Mails” and click “Add”.
  3. Adjust your setting as follows.
    ・Enter Zaif’s e-mail address (no-reply@zaif.jp) to the box right next to From
    ・Move to: Inbox
  4. Then click “Save”
 

To receive Zaif’s e-mails: for Hotmail users

  1. Log in to your Hotmail. Then, click “Options” –> “Other options”.
  2. Click “Safe senders and blocked senders” –> “Safe senders”.
  3. Add Zaif’s domain (no-reply@zaif.jp) to “Safe senders or domains”, then click “Add”.
For users of other mail service prodivers, please check your mail setting and follow the above instructions.

 

Zaif’s confirmation e-mail may be blocked by your phone’s mail filter

If you are using a mail filter on your phone, we would like to kindly ask that you remove Zaif’s e-mail address (no-reply@zaif.jp) from the filter and adjust your mail setting to allow e-mails from “no-reply@zaif.jp”.

 

Your e-mail address as registered with Zaif was entered incorrectly

It is possible that your e-mail as registered with Zaif’s was entered incorrectly.
If you think this might be the case for you, please send us a support ticket with your name and phone number.

 

Zaif’s confirmation e-mail might have been deleted by your security software or anti-virus software

Depending on the setting of your security software, Zaif’s confirmation e-mail might have been viewed as a spam mail and blocked or deleted as a result.
Please check your security software and adjust the setting to allow Zaif’s e-mails to be sent to you

 

Zaif’s confirmation e-mail might have been sorted as a spam mail, by your service provider’s standard setting for virus blockers and spam mail sorting service

Certain service providers may offer virus blockers or spam mail sorting service free of cost as part of the standard setting for their service
If you don’t see Zaif’s confirmation e-mail in your spam mail folder,
or if you don’t see Zaif’s confirmation e-mail even when the security software and anti-virus software of your computer are in the right setting,
please check your service provider’s site to see whether your service package comes with such virus blockers or spam mail sorting service

 

Your e-mailbox has reached its maximum volume

E-mailboxes come with limited space. As a result, your inbox might have already reached its maximum volume if e-mails have not been regularly checked and deleted.
You will not be able to receive future e-mails if your inbox is full.
If you haven’t checked your inbox often and think this might be the case for you, we would like to kindly ask that you delete some e-mails.
